Company Formations

We offer a fast, reliable and inexpensive service for those wishing to incorporate a new company. We aim to register your new company with Companies House and supply you with a pack of all necessary documentation within 48 hours. We also provide you with an electronic copy of all documents.

Business Planning

For new business start-ups as well as existing businesses wishing to expand their operations, we liaise with clients to complete customised business forecasting plans.

These can be used to support funding applications from banks or government agencies.

Software Training

We provide half-day and full-day training courses to new and existing clients who are interested in maintaining their business records on an accountancy software package. For very small businesses we recommend the Cashflow Manager program to record receipts and payments and at the same time reconcile bank and cash transactions and compile VAT returns for submission to HMRC. For larger firms that require more complex record keeping we advise clients to use Sage 50 Accounts. We will happily discuss which software best suits your needs.

iXBRL Tagging & Submission

Limited companies are now required by HMRC to submit copies of annual accounts and corporation tax computations in Inline eXtensible Business Reporting Language (iXBRL for short!). Our experts utilise specialist software to deliver this, providing electronic submission of all necessary documents, guaranteeing immediate confirmation of receipt.
